Welcome to Techxil! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our services, including Branding strategy, Web Design, Mobile App Development, and Digital Marketing. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Definitions

  • Company: Refers to techxil.com, a digital agency offering the services listed.
  • Client: Any individual or business using our services.
  • Agreement: The contract between the Client and the Company, including these Terms and Conditions.
  • Services: Includes Brand Strategy, Web Design, Mobile App Development, and Digital Marketing.

2. Services

2.1 Web Design & Development

  • The Client must provide all necessary content, branding, and materials before development begins.
  • Changes requested after project completion may be subject to additional charges.
  • We ensure compatibility with modern browsers but do not guarantee functionality across all outdated browsers or devices.

2.2 Mobile App Development

  • We develop apps using Flutter, Angular, and Native for both Android and iOS platforms.
  • The Client is responsible for providing required content, API details, and third-party integrations.
  • App store approval is subject to Google Play and Apple App Store guidelines, and we do not guarantee approval.

2.3 Digital Marketing

  • Marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, and Social Media Marketing, require at least 4 to 6 weeks to show measurable results.
  • Third-party ad costs (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) are billed separately and must be prepaid.
  • We do not guarantee specific rankings or results due to varying market conditions.

2.4 Brand Strategy

  • Our brand strategy services include logo design, brand positioning, and identity guidelines.
  • Once approved by the Client, changes beyond the agreed scope may incur additional costs.

3. Payment Terms

  • A 30% to 50% upfront payment is required to begin any project.
  • The remaining balance is due upon project completion before final delivery.
  • Payments are non-refundable after work has commenced.
  • Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, the Client owns the final websites, mobile apps, marketing materials, or branding created for them.
  • We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio.
  • Any third-party assets (e.g., stock images, plugins) remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to any third party.
  • Client data is securely stored and only used for service fulfillment.

6. Revisions & Approvals

  • Each service includes a limited number of revisions, that can be decide while project discussion.
  • Any additional revisions beyond this limit may be charged separately.
  • Once approved, any further modifications may require additional costs.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service use.
  • Delays caused by third parties (e.g., hosting providers, app stores, ad networks) are beyond our control.

8. Cancellation & Termination

  • Either party may terminate a project with written notice.
  • If the Client cancels the project after work has started, payments made are non-refundable.
  • We reserve the right to terminate services if a Client violates these Terms.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
